VLP Engineering SDN BHD zero-tolerance for bribery and corruption. Bribery is one of the significant risks faced by organisations of all sizes, sectors and business nature. We have developed Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption policies to increase
awareness of bribery’s impacts on the organisation.

We undertake the following :
• To prohibit our personnel from getting or giving gifts or gratification from external parties;
• No employees or external parties will undergo demotion, penalty or other adverse consequences in retribution for refusing to pay or receives bribes or participate in unethical behaviour;
• To super vision due persistence checks on prospective personnel and business associates;
• To reward employee and intern positions purely on merit basis;
• All our personnel shall certify in writing what they have read, understood and obey by this policy;
• To organize awareness campaign for all our personnel regarding to anti-bribery
and corruption, veracity and ethics;
• To establish and sustain suitable reporting networks for all stakeholders to raise their matters on any inappropriate conduct and violation of the Policy;
• To take disciplinary action against those personnel who do not conform with the Policy. For external parties, non-compliance may lead to penalties including termination of contract. Legal action may also be taken in the event that our significance have been affected as a consequence of non-compliance by any individuals and organisations.
